General Sale Conditions (Terms of Sale)
These General Sale Conditions (“Sale Conditions”) apply to purchases made through the shop section of dreamplusart.com (the “Shop”). By placing an order, you agree to these Sale Conditions.

2. Products
The Shop offers, depending on availability:
- Original artworks (“Unique”): one-of-one pieces. Once sold, they cannot be reordered.
- Prints: art prints as described on each product page.
- T-shirts (“Tee”): apparel items available in selected sizes (subject to stock/availability).
Product photos are for presentation purposes. Colors may vary depending on screen settings and lighting. Unless explicitly stated, frames are not included.
3. Prices and currency
- Prices are shown in EUR (€).
- Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on your tax status and location.
- Shipping costs are added at checkout based on your selections (destination and shipping method) and are shown before payment.
4. Availability
Products are offered while stocks last. In case of a rare discrepancy (e.g., a Unique artwork sold out), we will not complete the sale and you will not be charged, or the payment will be refunded if already captured.
5. How to place an order
- Select products and add them to the cart (or proceed directly from a product page where available).
- Choose shipping destination and (where applicable) shipping method.
- Proceed to payment.
6. Payment
Payments are processed via PayPal (including card payments handled through PayPal’s checkout experience). We do not receive or store your full card details.
An order is considered accepted only when payment is successfully completed and confirmed. You will receive a payment confirmation/receipt from PayPal and we may contact you using the email provided by PayPal for order-related communication.
7. Shipping & delivery
- Shipping costs and the total price are shown before payment based on your selections.
- Original artworks: tracked shipping only.
- Prints/T-shirts: you may be able to choose tracked or economy (no tracking), depending on the product and destination.
Economy (no tracking): if you choose economy shipping, you acknowledge that the shipment has no tracking and delivery times may be longer. In some cases, proof of delivery or tracking updates may not be available.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Customs and import duties (non-EU / international orders)
For shipments outside the EU (or outside the destination’s customs area), customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
9. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA/UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason.
How to exercise withdrawal: send an email to info@dreamplusart.com within 14 days of delivery stating your order reference and your decision to withdraw. We will reply with return instructions.
- Return condition: items must be returned unused and in their original condition/packaging (as reasonably possible).
- Return shipping costs: paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refund timing: after we receive the returned items (or proof of return), refunds are issued to the original payment method within the time required by applicable law.
Exceptions: the withdrawal right may not apply to certain goods (e.g., custom-made/personalized items) where legally permitted. If you sell personalized/custom items in the future, specify the exception on the product page and at checkout.
10. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [48–72 hours] of delivery at info@dreamplusart.com with photos of the package and item(s). We will work with you to find a suitable solution (replacement where possible, partial refund, or refund).
11. Intellectual property (artworks and images)
Purchasing a physical artwork/print/t-shirt does not transfer intellectual property rights. All reproduction rights remain with Dreamplus unless explicitly agreed in writing.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier disruptions, customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, outages).
13. Changes to these Sale Conditions
We may update these Sale Conditions. The version published on the Website at the time you place an order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These Sale Conditions are governed by the laws of [Spain], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
